順浩科技系列麥汁壓濾機,是專為啤酒生產(chǎn)中麥汁過濾設(shè)計,采用過濾、洗糟、隔膜壓榨一體式結(jié)構(gòu),過濾后的麥汁清亮、濁度低,收得率高、糧耗低,過濾時間短、效率高,是啤酒行業(yè)麥汁過濾的最佳選擇。
The series mash filters from Shunhao Technology are specifically designed for wort filtration in beer production. They feature an integrated structure that combines filtration, spent grain sparging, and membrane squeezing. The filtered wort is bright with low turbidity, high yield, and low grain consumption. With short filtration time and high efficiency, they are the optimal choice for wort filtration in the beer industry.

設(shè)備主要技術(shù)優(yōu)勢:
→ 生產(chǎn)效率高,每天可過濾麥汁12-14批次;
→ 適宜于高濃釀造,原麥汁濃度可以達到26°P以上,能在較高的麥汁粘度條件下進行過濾;
→ 可以使用高比例輔料進行糖化,不使用麥芽皮殼做為過濾層,對原料配比的要求不高;
→ 使用錘式粉碎,糖化浸出率高,實際收得率基本等于或高于實驗室的收得率;
→ 麥汁清亮,濁度低,有比較低的固形物含量;
→ 適宜于生產(chǎn)高濃度麥汁,能在較高的麥汁粘度條件下進行過濾;
→ 過濾全程密閉,能減少麥汁過濾過程中的氧化作用;
→ 洗糟殘?zhí)堑停休^低的洗糟水消耗量;
→ 通過壓榨可獲得較干的麥糟,可降低麥糟的運輸成本和進行廢水處理所需要的成本;
→ 操作簡單,易于進行維護保養(yǎng),CIP清洗只需要每周進行一次;
→ 設(shè)備占地面積小,可同時滿足2臺糖化鍋進行過濾。
Main Technical Advantages of the Equipment:
→ High productivity, capable of filtering wort for 12-14 brews per day;
→ Suitable for high-gravity brewing, with original wort concentration reaching over 26°P, allowing filtration under conditions of high wort viscosity;
→ Can use a high proportion of adjuncts for mash conversion, does not use malt husks as a filter layer, and has low requirements for raw material ratios;
→ Utilizes hammer mill, resulting in high mash extraction rates, with actual yields generally equal to or higher than laboratory yields;
→ Produces bright wort with low turbidity and relatively low solid content;
→ Suitable for producing high-concentration wort, capable of filtering under conditions of high wort viscosity;
→ Fully enclosed filtration process, reducing oxidation during wort filtration;
→ Low residual sugar in spent grains after sparging, with low consumption of sparging water.
→ A drier spent grain can be obtained through membrane squeezing, which can reduce the transportation cost of spent grains and the cost required for wastewater treatment;
→ The operation is simple and easy for maintenance, with CIP cleaning needed only once a week;
→ The equipment occupies a small area and can simultaneously meet the filtration needs through two mash tuns.
